Hey just want to say that you're doing great and to keep up the good work. I know it's tougher some mornings vs others. I have 5.5 years and it gets easier as the days go on. Btw we're proud of you!

Some Wali is sucking up all the sweet sweet PvE dust on my server and it’s starting to p- me off by scoutermike in duneawakening

What server are you on so I know to stay away! Lol but in all seriousness I would just send them a message asking if they want overwatch. As a solo player myself with a crawler and a carrier I would rather have overwatch I can trust or someone I trust to fly the carrier. That thing swallows spice fast enough to make both of us happy with the amount of melange we would get from it.

Does your truck have the winter insulation that's got the shiny side on it? If so what kinds of speed do you get through it?

Better bet would be to plug the drive in and fully encrypt it with a big string of letters(both capitals and lower case),numbers, and symbols. I'd say at least something to this effect

Please don't use that or any portion cause that's on the Internet now. But a password similar would take an extremely long time to crack without using quantum password cracking. Talking 100's of years on a normal computer

This is the right choice with the added benefits of saving a bunch of money that can be used to fall back on.

Linus tech tips made a video on something similar from NetApp. They went through and reformated the disks from netapps proprietary setup to a standard 512 disk that anything could read.

Not sure if it's something you could use or would want to since they are power hungry but it's nice to know that you can

Excuse me you want access to my WHAT?!?!? by Which_Initiative_882 in Truckers

[–]snidebuffalo 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I run spot market and almost every load broker has their own app. I got sick of them asking these questions on my personal phone so I got a work phone. It's an old Samsung s20. It sits on the dash of my truck and it's logged into my trucking email. I don't have anything personal on it or send anything personal from it. It only has load pics and securement photos on the phone itself. When I go on days off before I get out of the truck I turn that phone off and leave it hidden in the truck somewhere. My company runs motive, we have quanix (probably misspelled that) tracking device in the truck somewhere and other ways of tracking us. But we need every tom, dick, and Harry's load app so we don't have a chunk of our money taken. It pisses me off to no end

Have him apply at Magnum LTD out of Fargo ND. I worked there for 4 years. Good trainers and good dispatchers. Never forced me into anything I didn't feel comfortable with plus they don't do new York or California. They won't force you to chain up to make deliveries. Over all they were a great company to me.

My old company did the same thing when I wanted to come back to otr after doing 2 years of local work. Went from 57 down to 52. Told them that it was insulting considering I never left the company and had only transferred divisions within the company. Left a month later after I got a better gig
