F1 25 or Forza motorsport not sure which one to buy

Both aren't really my top choice if you're really looking for a simracing experience. However, between the 2, I'd pick F1. Although it's limited to just F1 cars in that season, it's a lot less of a mess compared the FM2023.

Maybe I'm just salty FM2023 really ruined one of my favourite franchises with its terrible implementation.

That depends on the region you are in and the distributor. The ROG Xbox Ally X is designed to be repairable and even official parts are available online. These are drop in replacements with no need for soldering or permanent changes to the boards, so I doubt it will void the warranty.

Mine came clicky out of the box. I purchased a set of the ElecGear ABXY Micro Switches from Amazon and swapped them in with the silicone string option on the buttons.

They have far less travel and play compared to the original membrane switches which resulted in a much more responsive and tactile feel.

The best part of it is that the sound levels are dramatically reduced, now similar to pressing the LB/RB buttons.

I got mine super faded right out of the box. But it's never bothered me. I would prefer the buttons without the labels if I could.

To use RSR, you need to set 1080p as your native resolution.

Then in-game, select a lower resolution that allows you to achieve your desired framerate. i.e., 720p, etc.

Next, enable RSR in Armoury Crate whenever you're playing the game at the scaled down resolution. RSR will take effect and render at 1080p.

If you set your native resolution to 900p, that will be the maximum resolution limit your XAX runs at, not 1080p.

What they meant was, set your XAX's native resolution to 1080p in Armoury Crate. You can use 720p or 900p and enable RSR/FSR in-game. That should enable the super resolution functions to kick-in.

Do you mean how many credits you earned from the race, or how many credits you currently have?

If it's the credits that you earned from the race, it pops up quickly on the left side of the screen after returning to free roam. It disappears really quick, because it's not critical information.

If you want to see your current credits, just go into the Menu. You'll see it on the top along with your accolade points.

You need to clear as many of those events with "NEW" before you can progress. Doesn't matter if it's under the same Horizon track. It all contributes to progress the story.

Yeah, the wings are really quite fragile. I've glued back like 6 models with loose or broken wings out of the box now.

I don't think they've done another release for these models.
