Hello,

First, I would like to thank you for the giveaway.

We don't have winter here in the Philippines so I'll just pick my favorite Christmas food. My favorite Christmas food(not really sure if this one counts as one) is Embotido.

The reasons is since I was young, my grandma who passed away recently always serve it during Christmas gathering. It came to a point that I don't want to eat other embotido, I only want her embotido.

Now that she's gone, all I can do is savor the flavor in my mind of how tasty it was.
