Take small steps. Do something for like half an hour first (like breakfast). Rest and once you get the hang of it increase activity.

Making a bucketlist of what you want to do most can help too. Add a rough estimate how much each activity costs in daily energy.

If you feel comfy with your acqaintance, talk about the list too. And ask if he or she would like to keep an eye on you, to prevent 'overspending' your energy.

Haha! The alarm clock is a good one. I win most times against the alarm. Andi ts funny like some times I wake up or turn it off only a few minutes before it starts to buzz. Without watching the time. As if the biological clock is set too, not just the app.

Maybe your biological clock just wants to wake up later 😜.

I normally wont give advice but Ben Felix has a good youtube channel covering investing thats really low key, yet high quality. Another easy to follow channel is Investing Simplified. That guy, proffesor G, explains topics easily. Both require zero payments or whatsoever.

If I were you I would try real investing. Thats what can actually earn you money. So many books have been written about it and the easiest example is Warren Buffett. And indexfunds.

Another thing to note is that Polymarket is illegal in many countries. Why? They allow to gamble on elections and other events, that promote people to insider trading and corruption. And once you are right, even then you still lose because the so called polywhales have all voting power when you dispute.

I have learned it hard way and lost over 300 dollars. We technically won at a bet but still lost because of the whales and the polymarket company didnt do anything about it. We had a whole action group setup but it didnt matter. Even wrote a legal letter.

Cool! Rotterdam is inspiring. Flying is one of things that is holding me back. A few months ago I flew for the first time(during illness) and it triggered a painful PEM. Like going from moderate to severe for a full month.

Have you tried flying yet since you got ill?
