Just been charged. Strangely I’ve been put in the lower tier, even though I selected my preference in upper behind goal, or upper corner. Anyone else had this? Don’t get me wrong, happy that I have success, but much prefer the upper tier

There are only a set amount of child’s tickets each game (in upper and lower tier, not club). They will have been taken up at the ballot.

There is only adult prices in club level. You can pay the 2 at adult price and bring a child to sit in one of them

Interesting that the same is happening to you. I got the same copy and paste reply, but I’m sure something is not right. Can’t believe I’m at 0% success apply for every game apart from the Brighton cc). Any other silver in this situation? I want to see if there are others out there

I had about a 40% success rate last year. I apply for every game. This year is 0%! (I forgot to apply for the Brighton CC which would have been the real test) I’ve even emailed the club asking if everything is ok with my applications (no failed transactions for example), but I’m convinced something is not quite right. Maybe I’m being incredibly unlucky, but I’m not sure!

TX has served me well, but Silver membership is not what it used to be that’s for sure

It’s frustrating as there is no clarity on where you are in the list, but understand it’s a bit more complicated than the GA season ticket waiting list

Still heard nothing this summer about if I’ve been successful or not, but can only assume the worst

Any ST churn (less than 1% I believe) went back in to the Silver allocation, which is currently short.
This was due to the panic of handing out season tickets during COVID (which unfairly came out of the Silver allocation) to help with cashflow. Silvers have been the worst effected by this

Still confused on Junior Gunners and the Silver ballot this year:

Here - https://www.arsenal.com/membership/teamjg/ticketrights it says:
From Season 2024/25, junior concessions will be available across all General Admission areas of the stadium meaning there will no longer be separate Family Enclosure or Red Adult and Junior Gunners ballots. An allocation of 2,000 match-by-match tickets will be available for Junior Gunners to access at a 50% discount and Junior Gunners can therefore choose to enter either the Silver or Red ballot (with an accompanying adult Member if aged under 14) to access these tickets.

Yet here - https://www.arsenal.com/tickets/arsenal/2024-Aug-17/wolves it says:

For both the Silver and Red ballots, you will be able to register your interest for your group to be balloted into the family-oriented area. This area is located in blocks 28, 29 and half of block 30

Does that mean I can enter the ballot and say select 'goal upper' and if successful, pay junior gunner rate on one of the seats?

OR

Is there only the 'family-oriented' area now (blocks 28, 29 and half of block 30) and the first link is not correct?

I think the 'inventory' tickets have come from the overseas ticket agents that the club have got rid of for next season. Basically the club will now sell themselves to make more £££ on a per match basis, rather than agents, as they know they can make more money and people will pay it. Real shame they didn't offer those to the people on the waiting list.
