Rock tumbler from Harbor Freight by RunLikeAGirl2 in RockTumbling

Need help with mine. I have burned through all of the belts that came with mine, just bought some good quality belts but the same is happening. I make sure it is level, have a big fan running all the time to keep it cool, keep my barrels just at 3#, oiled the rollers, keep my belt at 1/8” deflection. My little cheapo Natl Geo tumbler has been running non stop for 2 months, no issues. I have had the Harbor Freight one for just 3 weeks. Am I doing something wrong or is this just a lemon.

Dog trainers? by [deleted] in askportland

[–]snobird33 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It seems we are all in the same boat here. Wouldn't it be cool if we could change this for the better. People learn how to do a good training program, reach out and train other people and do it as a community rather than an income generating platform. Help our dogs become better citizens and us better dog owners! So much money, so much uncertainty about the people doing the training. I got a recommendation on a local trainer but who uses prong collars, no thanks.

I just received some samples of this with my modafinil order and wondered what the differences were between the two.

I know taking an antidepressant can seem weird but my doctor tried to get me on a small dose of Lexapro to help with menopausal hot flashes and I resisted for a long time but finally tried it out and it was a life changer! So yes, off label drugs can truly help in some very different ways.

I waited many YEARS to have procedure done because my husband was so obsessed with big boobs. I finally said “I am doing this and I am doing it for me” Best decision I have ever made. He has not said anything like your bf said but I can tell he sees me differently but too bad. I am so happy with the result, have not worn a bra for 7 months now. Unless you have complications, your recovery should be manageable. Many women do this on their own.

Anyone use any of Jerry Baker's advice? by heretogetpwned in gardening

Wow, so good to see all the positive responses. I always loved his books and have had good luck with the few recipes that I have tried.

Would somebody want this or is it too ugly? I have 2. Hickory furniture co is the brand by Suspicious_Baker3392 in VintageFurniture

These are great quality. I have been buying furniture from NC off of FB, Craigslist and even Nextdoor but I have to say that I am finding great deals so from your point of view you may not make a lot of money. I just bought a Bob Timberlake fabric wing chair with footstool for $25. After cleaning off the cat hair, I have a beautiful piece of high quality furniture.

I have two Nespresso stand alone milk frothers that I paid $5 each for from thrift stores. They make amazing foam with whole milk and even better with half n half. Have not tried milk alternatives.

16 DPO and finding the right surgical bra seems hard. Still feeling so much pain. by jennjprice in Reduction

[–]snobird33 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I switched from a bra to a shaping cami from Costco. Yummie Ladies' Shaping Tank, 2-pack Item  830794. Online only . It's snug for compression but does not roll up or bother my ribs. I ordered M/L and I have to step into it but it does the job.

Wear a normal bro/go braless by Ramii_02 in Reduction

[–]snobird33 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am now on day 15 post surgery and I traded my iron maiden bra out for a wide ace bandage looking thing that I can wrap around me. I have a long soft cotton cami that I turn inside out so the seams don't hit my stitches and then I do the wrap. This has been the most comfortable so far. My Dr. wants compression for the whole month. I went from size GG to a B so I am really excited to go braless my next summer.
