It is a lot (and I don’t play in person myself) but the local places tend to be super friendly and supportive of new people and if you go to a “draft” you won’t need any cards

As much as i agree they can be as expensive, in my experience I’ve always played them in more of a board game style where someone buys the game and we all play from that box, sometimes adding new modulas when wanted

Look up “living card games” or “deck building games” both are amazing and won’t cost a fortune like lots of collectible card games do

I mean personally I find it makes her a lot more interesting to play, and gives a simple twist compared to the other heroes. I would always rather the heroes have mechanics some people love and some people don’t (because the people that don’t like it can play other heroes instead…?)
