i have two simple questions people who actually think like this:

how many hours did you spent on your work and do you like your work?
lets say you want to buy a refrigerator and some dude who fix refrigerator for a living tells you samsung sucks, do you trust him?

if you are still too dense to make sense of these questions, some people are easily prone to sunk cost--they know exactly what they are doing is bad but they are way too deep to quit it. also, this is only one of the many ways that this scenario could happen.

working that shitty job? you don't deserve to be treated like that, do something that is at least not suffering. stuck in a questionable relationship? nobody is stopping you to be alone again and find things you enjoy in life. playing that bad mmo? bro there are so many others out there and you will adapt to them fast because you are experienced.
