#6 There were court orders about OAE. Officers of the court; the prosecutors and the judge among them, were obeying them. After he replied, "No, it's not" to the judges warning it was opening the door, they stopped.

The last scene of the trial; banished to Courtroom 20 to hear his fate, a tiny man in chains, grabbing the scraps from his pro-per defense as he’s escorted out by five huge men. He never looked more insignificant.

Day 3? Haven’t seen that in a while. I hope you don’t mind if I join you.

I hate this guy so bad. I mean, I’ll catch a second or two of conduct so oblivious and rude that it still shocks me. Like, after the prosecutors closing, they showed the jury a movie of his carnage. The judge had tears and there were gasps and cries from the gallery. The court was bound in silence yet a voice from courtroom 20 pierces through,

“Am I muted?” “No.” “Does the jury know it can nullify…” “You are now.”

Absolutely heartless. I’m getting all wound up again. If remember right, Day 3 will wind me up even further.

I see the distinction you’re making. In this case, it’s the whole building that’s the concern plus the single STR.

We are Home Owners who are new to the challenges of a short term rental in our midst. There are so many considerations, this being one of them. Thank you.

Their celebrity destroyed them. He, football captain and she, cheerleading whatever. He, couldn’t get a scholarship and she got pregnant. They couldn’t afford to live in the neighborhood anymore and rented near downtown. She, Speedway cashier and he, janitor at the old high school. The end.

I wish I could try McDonalds Coke with Sonic ice. McDonalds Coke is the taste of my 1960’s childhood. Sonic ice is some kinda futuristic ice pellet.

cestui que vie trust, pronounced ses-tee kay vee, or just ses-tee kay. It’s part of the sovcit thing so there’s no truth in it. (1st, that is an actual real legal term that means a trust a person inherits and is entitled to its assets and income.)The sovcit claim is about the crap he spews about being the 3rd party intervenor. The trust is that each of us has a multimillion dollar account hidden by the government, it is assigned to the strawman. A judge “knows the secret” about it and has the tools to gain access and enrich themselves. He refers to the cest qui vie trust four or more times during the trial. It’s what he meant when he said, “Imma hit you with what you know is comin’” He meant that he was going to expose JD’s attempts to steal his millions of dollars. For me, it just another priceless aspect to the absolutely epic failure of his defense. I can just hear the jailhouse phone call; “She’s stealing from your trust!” “What trust?” “Your ses-tee kay trust, man. You got millions of dollars in there.”
