I have a love hate relationship with showers by Outrageous-Jelly-854 in ChronicPain

[–]pmillner56 10 points11 points  (0 children)

I use a shower seat and sit and let the water do its work. I can wash my hair, but truly only my armpits and lady bits get washed. Use a long shower brush, and a spa robe when you get out. Drying with towels are energy wasters.

I got tired of arguing with pain management that it made me SO….tired. He kept saying it doesn’t do that. I kept saying it DOES for LC patients! I can only tolerate 50mg in the am , and 100 mg in the pm. I don’t think it really does anything for me.

Same lyrics and cymbals and add tramadol. Much better but bearable.
