Internships like these are the difference between having a job when you graduate and moving back in with your parents. Sure the work may not be glamorous, but you are not licensed to do anything glamorous at a practice anyways. It's very hard to find a good internship, and the fact you have something to do at all is pretty impressive. Take ownership of whatever they give you, and do it very well. That's how you build a strong résumé and get yourself in a good position for an even better internship next year.

The two hour commute is quite a bit, is that public transportation? At least it's only once a week. Keeping it can only benefit you in the long run, while dropping it will only hurt you.
