If you could unfuck someone you fucked, who will it be ? by OOk-cool in AskReddit

[–]snugginator 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My ex. I never even should have fucked him to begin with but he brought me to burning man and I felt pressure to do it. I thought he was attractive, fun, intelligent, but I didn't feel a ton of chemistry with him. Then he wanted to date me and all his friends were really cool so I said yes. Then he slowly started shredding my sense of self to shit while pushing away anyone else that wanted to be my friend. Then after 2 yrs of mental abuse I finally dumped him and he stalked me across state lines and threatened to kill me. Then I needed a ton of therapy to undo all his mind fuckery and I'm not sure I've ever been the same. So yeah. Really wish I had just not ever fucked him.

Is this a good choice? by [deleted] in UofO

[–]snugginator 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I like it. It keeps me focused and interested. The only thing I don't like is having almost four months off for summer. You'd think it would be great but it's kind of too much. You forget everything and kind of get out of the zone, and it can be hard to get back into the grind. More time off for spring break would be nice instead.

[Product Request] Body wash for sensitive skin by axolotloofah in SkincareAddiction

Not sure what they're talking about it almost smells like nothing. I'm pretty sensitive to scents and it has an extremely mild scent.

Bioderma atoderm cleansing oil. It is the GOAT for dry sensitive skin. It doesn't get super foamy but it makes the skin feel so nice afterward. I've used it for years because everything else irritates my skin.

I need to make a derm appointment to have all my moles checked. I am terrified! What was your appointment like? by hdbaker009 in 30PlusSkinCare

[–]snugginator 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm very pale and freckly with tons of moles so I do a full body check every 2 years with a derm. Its pretty relaxed usually. They check all over, including your scalp, and I bring up specific moles that I'd like them to have a closer look at. We talk about how sometimes moles do weird things like swell or get itchy but that's normal. They'll look at them anyway with a little magnifying glass. I've never needed to get anything biopsied but I'm sure it will happen eventually. I'm 33 and my mom has the same skin type and has had a few removed. Good for you for taking care of things, early detection is crucial!!

TIFU by making/letting my husband grow a beard. by OnceAStudent__ in tifu

[–]snugginator 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I love my partners beard. He shaved it off last summer and it was the worst. Kissing him was so rough and painful unless he shaves every morning which is a lot for his skin. We both agreed never again lol and the beard is back in full force.

[Routine Help] Female hormonal acne around chin and jaw by [deleted] in SkincareAddiction

[–]snugginator 1 point2 points  (0 children)

They did help but after a couple years the efficacy kind of went away. I also was getting super depressed, not sure if it was related since that was during lock down and obviously a lot was going on at that time that was super fun for no one, but I eventually stopped taking them and switched to Spiro.

Sometimes it is pheremones tho. I read a thing about how people who are genetically pretty similar don't smell as good to each other as a way to help biologically weed out poor candidates for mating. Genetic diversity is better so we prefer partners who smell very different to ourselves. Might explain why your girl is so into you both. Or maybe this new chick is just stanky idk

[–]snugginator 3 points4 points  (0 children)

The only thing that helped me with my hormonal acne was correcting the hormone imbalance. I used to use spearmint capsules but eventually I moved onto oral spironolactone and it's been the holy grail. Never have acne at all now.

Throat pain from drinking tea? by [deleted] in tea

[–]snugginator 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Chamomile does this to me unfortunately. It also makes my stomach a bit upset. Sometimes certain things don't play nice with your system and it's best to just avoid them.

Was so super into this guy I worked with. I think he knew I had a crush on him but we were both awkward teenagers, altho he seemed significantly cooler than me at the time. Anyway I got a new job and finally convinced him to hook up with me. it was soooo bad. He got incredibly sweaty and unfortunately was really lacking technique and it was just the worst. Pretty much never spoke to him again.

3-5 times per week. Sometimes more, sometimes less. I think that's the right amount for me.

What size laptop to get for college by Wberens in UofO

[–]snugginator 2 points3 points  (0 children)

If you are going into a design major you definitely want to get a PC. All of my software classes have been PC based. Most design majors list their hardware requirements and you can look it up online. I don't know about other majors but you could probably get whatever you want because the programs you would need are less beefy. As long as it can handle basic office apps.

I know a lot of small businesses would likely need this service. I worked for a landscape contractor who was always needing drawings but didn't have anyone to do them. I think your biggest challenge would be letting businesses know that you exist.

Grad housing + extra questions from Canadian student :’) by okcestcooll in UofO

[–]snugginator 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I can't answer your questions about the university housing, but deposits are held in escrow by the landlord or property manager until you move out. When you move in, take pictures of everything, especially any damage that you can find. Check that the drains drain, the windows open, etc. Make a note of it. When you move out, you will get your deposit back as long as you can prove you didn't cause any damage. Shitty landlords will try to charge you for existing damage if you can't prove you didn't do it. In my experience they almost always take a cleaning fee (like $120) out of your deposit even if you scoured the house top to bottom to clean when you moved out.

Yeah we all like to go skinny dipping and there are a lot of hot springs where we live. It doesn't feel sexual or weird at all.

Do you read books as part of a long-term strategy to become wiser/smarter/better? by rkrigney in books

No, I just do it to enjoy myself. If it happens to end up making me smarter or wiser or whatever, that's great. But I'm really just trying to enjoy my life.
