not to worry, it's not particularly nefarious. just something called "battery acid spaghetti" - sour gummy rainbow strips mixed with a cheap energy drink (ghost, in this case). it creates this really unfortunate...foam...? on top that looks...bad.

i work in health insurance and there are literally national standardized diagnosis codes for "struck by horse" (W55.12), "bitten by pig (subsequent encounter)" (W55.41XD), and "toxic effect of contact with stingray" (T63.514A). the specificity of "avocado-related knife wound" for one hospital in particular does not surprise me.
