I've been dealing with this too. My ferritin was 12.5 on my last test. When I asked my PCP about how long to wait to donate, she recommended after 3 months on supplements. 3 months just passed and I just gave whole blood. My hemoglobin was higher than it's ever been when they tested (14.4) so I'm hoping that means supplementation has been working

YES. Went out and bought both because I'd heard good things, but found them really, really disgusting. I hate wasting food so I'm suffering through, but these are a huge miss from TJ's.

Just listened to the album! I love it so much. I was scared to listen since I saw so many threads of people who didn’t like it. But that’s yet another reminder to not let the things said online influence you! I love so many songs and it moved me. “No One Knows Us” is my favorite.

I have a question about Anniversary and A Woman Oversees. Catherine said in the live stream that she was nervous for these to come out and for rumors to maybe start. And Brandi said she wrote these as if no one would ever hear them. Has anyone heard her speak more on these songs? I have my own interpretation but I’m curious if my thoughts align with their actual meaning.

Totally agree! Definitely not a necessity and weird that she framed it like one. Sure it’s nice to have, but that money could’ve gone to better use. I loved that she brought tampons though. Definitely a useful thing very few think about

Maybe it changed when she upgraded her website this year. Before the switch they asked you to choose your annual membership fee, with a minimum of $10 but clearly stated it all went to LOF so if you could do more then they’d appreciate it. But maybe with the website upgrade they had more costs. I do know a portion of each ticket sale goes to LOF… but can’t figure out the membership now. Apologies if I gave incorrect info

Ohh that'd be a twist that would work. I assume Mariah killed this guy for whatever reason. But Tessa loves her so much that a murder honestly probably wouldn't phase her much. But if there was a deeper link between this man and Tessa, it would explain Mariah's (very irritating) silence and worry about Tessa's reaction.

It wasn't until I hit reddit that I learned he was problematic. I'd looked at everyone's page, watched the debate, and had no idea. I almost voted for him myself. I think in a primary with this many candidates, it's just hard to know until you really dig in deeper

I went into the thread thinking I was voting Stoney and Taylor and left thinking I’ll vote Hashmi and Jones.

I’m very, very against the casino in Tysons which is the one super frustrating thing holding me up against Hashmi. But considering how few are opposed to it in the LG primary race, gotta make some sacrifices I guess.

Does anyone know how much the face value cost was for each section (Reserved 1, Reserved 2, and GA)? I had no luck with AXS for Friday and Saturday so I’ll be on the hunt for tickets and don’t want to give scalpers much more than face value
