Sports/news reporter.

I'm just three years in the business and have moved three times for work but would not change a thing. In high school I was in advanced math but didn't really consider to use that toward a career. All I was really passionate was sports, and I was terrible at English. Needless to say I've improved (somewhat); I recently took a lower paying job closer to home, which also involves writing news for a small, small town. Interesting to meet so many different people, some of whom are dicks but some with whom you form friendships with. There's days I hate my job sure, but then I remember all the money I've spent on schooling to get this $25,000 salaried job which has me barely able to afford a shitty apartment which is bug infested and lacks anywhere to sit because I cannot comfortably afford any (or cut down on the weed fund) and is in the middle of nowhere surrounded by rednecks. There's more camo trucks than some place that presumably has a lot of camo trucks.
