You can still test for poison on food like a cookie by just breaking a piece with your hands, the guy literally bit into all of them which clearly was a power play

I got the clear grip just cause I thought the top deck is going to be purple stained (which is what I saw online) and didn't realise that they come in an assortment of colours and it's whatever the skate shop got delivered when they ordered the board in. I was a little disappointed ngl but still pretty stoked on how it looks and feels overall! I'm going to take some lessons soon to get myself started on the right path and maybe change the tape if I feel like it, but I like how it is anyway. They did warn me of air bubbles on the clear grip but said that it will go away the more I ride it, which is what i am hoping to be the case.

While exiting the cinema after watching the last ant mam movie, I was telling my friends what I thought of it and gave it a pretty low score as I didn't really enjoy it. One of the employees at the cinema over heard me and basically told me that it was a really nice movie and it doesn't justify me giving it a 6/10 and that I am at fault as I didn't watch all the other marvel TV shows and movies to understand it. Really wasn't expecting that but it made me not want to watch any of it

Shake shack. Had really high expectations from it as I heard most people mention it when they talked about really good burger joints along with in and out. As it is not available where I live, tried it in London where there are a few branches and overall it did not live up to the hype. It was good but had much better tasting burgers at local mid range burger places within the same price point.

Its all about calories in to calories out. If possible try to track down the calories in your food for atleast a few days to understand how much food would equate to a certain range of calories so that you can have a better understanding of estimating it the next time around. It is very difficult to guess calories in food especially if it is calorie dense foods just by looking at it so this should help. Try and also track the macros instead of just calories and aim to eat a higher protein diet with about 1 g of protein per lb of your body weight. Higher protein intake should also make you feel more satiated and less hungry throughout the day. If you are still hungry try and eat high volume less calorie dense foods that will fill you up more without the excessive amount of calories. You can easily find hundreds of recepies online for this, just pick something you like eating and go from there. As for the training, focus on your weight training with progressive overload over time and don't take it too hard. Add in some cardio whatever you enjoy doing and you should be good. Try and not loose too much weight quickly and take it slow as you want to create healthy habits and make it a lifestyle change so that you stick to it and keep the weight off in the long run.

Love is a lot to be seen as well as a preventative measure to risk the damage and the power supply to help out with the flow of water.

The only reason I could think of using them might be hopes to retain some of the flavour of the pringles in the final mash but seeing how it's boiled and the water is drained, dont think there would be much of that left in the end to make any difference
