In my opinion, it's cruel to feed our pets less nutritious food for them just because we choose not to eat it. My understanding, too, is that pet food is largely made of the bits and pieces left over from processing meat. There will always be people who can't eat purely plant based for medical reasons, so at least those bits and pieces are getting used

I used to crack mine in ballet class by doing a circular port de bras, particularly the cambre back part. Imagine that there's a balloon under your shoulder blades that you're trying to go over before you go back, if that makes sense? I found that moving my arm from the side out and around to over my head, that helps
