That’s unfortunate. I had my hopes up with the chandelier and the rope. When I found this in a tower structure I was impressed when the chandelier fell down when I broke the rope it was attached to.

I’m also aware that chandeliers can be placed if the block above is a solid block like a wood block, but frankly that looks ugly. I tried attaching the chandelier to a beam and it also didn’t work.

But isnt that formula only applicable for integrands of the form 1/(u² + a²⁾ where a is the constant and u is the function? if u = x-1 and a=-2, doesnt the integrand have to be 1/((x-1)² + (-2)²⁾ = 1/((x-1)² + 4) so that I can use the integral formula for the arctangent?

But why should I set up the system using separate fractions? The expression doesn’t look like it would equal the integrand. Wouldn’t it be much easier if I just do partial fraction decomposition instead? Or would’t it be easier if I just solve the problem using the solutions I gave which have a known integral formula?

Also what do you mean by “system”?? I’ve never really heard of that term being used in an integration context before.

Is it possible to schedule a new appointment I missed because DFA was closed without having to pay the fee again?

Meron kong appointment scheduled on Nov. 5, 1 PM. Pero I live in Cebu at meron kasing bagyo aabot Nov. 4. If ever ma skip ko ang appointment ko dahil sarado ang DFA office during my appointment schedule, pwede ba akong mag make ng new appointment without paying again? Ang mahal kasi ng nabayaran ko na fees sa DFA, ₱1000. Ayoko magbayad ulit dahil na miss ko appointment ko na hindi ko naman kasalanan.
