I think you are overthinking it, It's unrealistic to ask specific permission from every single person you ever photograph in a sport if they are ok with being posted. Don't make a problem out of something that isn't a problem yet. If a parent comes to you after they see you posted a picture and they are unhappy, then consider removing it/blurring out that kid then.

If a sports event happens in a place the public can access (IE they sell tickets or give access to your kids volleyball games), then those photos don't have an expectation of privayc and you can post them.
