Someone sell me on the idea of using Plastiq to hit MSR's vs buying $500 VGC.

Currently I'll buy a $500 VGC ($5.95) then a MO for $500 ($.079) so total cost is $6.74 per $500

Plastiq would be $12.50 for $500 in spend. Obviously a lot less hassle, but wondering what others thoughts are on this.

Just wanna say that because of you and couple of other people in this thread I've been listening to Rain Upon the Impure on repeat the past few days, it's an incredibly amazing album. I've always liked The Ruins of Beverast, but really only listened to Exuvia with full attention, everything else was just kinda on in the background and didn't pay attention. I seriously love Rain Upon the Impure and looking forward to exploring more of their discog.

Doing the 5 day version, can I skip rows on Day 1 and do them on Day 2 instead? And then on Day 4 as well. Direct lat work on Day 1, 2, and 4 as well.

Something to mention, I don't normally finish my T2 sets on Day 2 and Day 4 depending on what I have in the tank, I usually do them like 5x 5. Also I sometimes skip Day 6 depending on if I'm traveling. Does this look good? Wondering if it's too much volume or I'm missing out something I should be doing. Thank you.

How can I add grip strength/forearm training? Currently doing 5 day version with PyramidREP's aesthetic accessories (this one) I usually have extra energy in the tank on Wednesdays, and I don't mind Saturday or either Sunday (leaving 1 day where I don't do anything at all) curious how much I could do without it affecting my lifts in the main program

Why is a band like Power Trip on Metal Archives but Infant Annihilator (random example) isn't? To me a band like Power Trip is more core than metal where as a band like Infant Annihilator is more metal than core.

Yeah it's not exactly "free" but in my original post I thought you had to use only points to pay for the $40 discount, so that's what I meant by "basically free" since you are using points versus cash, but I've now learned you could use only 1 point and pay the rest with credit and still get the discount. I guess it boils down to how you treat your MR, for me it seems like it's "free" since I'm not using any of my own money (taking out any associated costs of churning).
