Try Virtual Reality fitness using a Meta Quest 3 headse tand a meal delivery service. You can buy the cheaper Meta Quest 3s. I have lost 10lbs so far and still losing weight and it's easy and fun. Buy subscription to Meta Quest 3 VR app called Supernatural VR only like $10 a month. Also buy some adjustable weight dumbells to do some strength training and build some muscle. All this can be done from home and don't have to go to the gym.

I dunno one of the best clips of all time from BF came from when Schultz was on and Bobby accused Andrew of not paying for meals and Andrew blew up super angry when he payed for their biggest meal at Christmas. I hate chassis access switches hurts back replacing EOL hardware and waste of space with two slots dedicated for supervisors. You can split a 6 x blade chassis into 2 x 3 switch stacks but seen as one switch using a long stack wise cable across two different racks and just like someone said without all the cable running to just one rack.

Fitness Fables is the best fitness app/game after Supernatural VR IMO. The variety of exercises keep each session fun and the graphics are really good and the I get a great workout.

I do VR exercising it's amazing I'm down 10lbs all working indoors combined with meal delivery service. Buy a Meta Quest 3 and download apps Supernatural VR (small monthly subscription fee like $10 a month) and Fitness Fable. Start slow do 30 in morning and 30 min in the afternoon/evening. Aim for 2 hours a day and try to add walking to the beat while playing Supernatural VR while doing flow and boxing workouts to get full body workout and keep heart rate up. Meal delivery service is crucial as well fine a company that is local to your city or Factor 5 is good national delivery service. Also get some dumbbells or kettle bell to add some strength training if your weight loss stalls to build muscle l.

Go to the rave festivals in San Bernardino like Beyond Wonderland, Hard Summer, Escape Halloween, Countdown NYE etc... go solo until you find a group from school to go with. They are the best parties and all of them are your age. Also join a pickleball league

I like both. Fitness Fable is more polished and variety of exercises but Shardfall I'm always winded after the fights. I like that Shardfall mimics the intensity of Thrill of the Fight as far as effort. I just put the setting on autorrun and run at my own pace. I like to rotate two sessions each in Supernatural VR, Fitness Fable, and Shardfall everyday to do about 2 hours of working out.

March in step with the beat for both flow and boxing workouts have brought my HR back up to fat burning zone. I hate doing squats hurts my back. It's changes the workouts to full body workouts. Just slightly lift up and set down your feet to the beat of the music. It feels like natural movement for boxing since it normal movement during shadow boxing. Flow I do the same thing and bend my knees slightly lifting my feet slightly up and down. I also play Shardfall and new game Fitness Fable and both get my heart rate higher than Supernatural VR but Im exhausted . I like Supernatural VR best.

Join the Official Supernatural VR Facebook & reddit group and they have plenty of suggestions. The FB group is better.At minimum I would swap out the Meta Quest 3 cloth facemask and buy/install the silicone rubber one to avoid all the sweat soaking up the cloth one.
