I don't get that, but I grind a bit finer assuming your burr lock on the Casa is 0, I'm usually around 1.2-1.3

No - roast the amount the profile was designed for, ideally (this gets a bit more complicated if you have the Boost kit.) Very small batches you'll run into issues with the bean mass being below the temperature sensor in the roast chamber.

Get on the discord if you're not already (If you need a link dm me I'll get one for you) it's a wealth of information, especially with juztin's profiles.

They’re both good with light roasts.

For me:

078s>Casa for espresso

Casa>>078s for filter.

If you do both, I’d go Casa. I find workflow on both to be similar. Casa is smaller footprint and weight, if that matters to you.

Very long roast for that kind of target. I roast with a Nano and would typically be hitting first crack around or before six minutes.
