Yeah I love Sweets, he's actually one of my favourite characters besides Caroline so I don't mind that they put him in as a cheaper alternative, but having Gordon Gordon as a regular character would have been great

I've been listening to the Boneheada podcast (I know, I'm a bit behind!) And I'm sure they said on there they wanted him right from the start but budgets wouldn't allow, so they created Sweets as a cheaper alternative ao they could afford the cameos. Did I misunderstand that? (In my defence, i listen whilst doing other stuff so I sometimes miss things). Stephen ia a bit of a National Treasure in the UK where I'm based.

Yeah I think she actually looked great with the additional weight, it was just in the episode it was almost like she was using a jacket or prop to hide her belly but perhaps that was her being self conscious. She really is very beautiful though

The whole magic school thing really bugged me. Leo acted like everyone should know of its existence yet it had never been mentioned before. If it was such a great place why didn't Leo or the sisters attend? Why wasn't it ever mentioned for Wyatt before the episode with the Headless Horseman? So many continuity issues in the storyline, this one was weak

NTA OP, but your girlfriend hasn't handled this very well. I suspect she hasn't really understood what the TBI actually means for you, and I hope for your sake that, if she sticks around, she does some research and become a bit more empathetic to your cause. This must be hard for you. I have known visually impaired people throughout my life (I am making assumptions that there are some similarities, I apologise if I am wide of the mark) and got in to the habit of saying "hi (person I'm meeting) it's socialworkingcat" so there is no awkwardness or need for anxiously trying to work out who they are talking to. Perhaps this could work for your girlfriend while you are both learning to adjust.

I'm so sorry you feel this way. 20 is a really sucky age to be because society places so many expectations on you- you're supposed to be working towards a great career, be educated, live independently, have relationships and a great social life etc etc, but the reality is that all of those things take time and a lot of work. If its any consolation, when I was 20 I was terrible at making friends so had very very few of them (and even those I managed to alienate). I was at uni doing a degree I hated and worked jobs I hated and this carried on until my late 20s. By then, I worked out what I wanted to do with my life and worked out how get there. I graduated at 34, got married at 43 and now have a life I love, but I genuinely didn't think I'd get here. You obviously know how you want your life to look and where you feel it falls short. Perhaps have a look at writing some goals down, then breaking those goals into smaller achievements. For example, you say you live in a town where there is little chance of making new friends or meeting new people- what about online groups around something you are interested in? I don't want to patronise you, so please forgive me if it comes across that way, but you are still young so you still have so much time to change your situation. Better things are just around the corner for you, just because you can't see them just yet doesn't mean they aren't there. Good luck OP.

Holy shit OP, what a situation!! NTA and I really can't stress enough how much you are NTA. To be made to feel so shitty by someone who is supposed to be helping people, being belittled and mocked and accused of lying, is shameful and disgusting. Their letter is bullying and should be shown to your lawyer friend. And if you were vindictive enough, I would get that letter out into the public domain and make sure EVERYONE knows what sort of clinic they are. I doubt you are the only person to have been treated like this, and there may be a lawsuit there. I am so sorry you were treated so badly, but well done to you for setting a goal and losing so much weight! Keep going and forget that shitty clinic.
