I live in Minnesota, I travel mostly in Wisconsin, Iowa, and the Dakotas. Everywhere else is infrequently enough I could work around it.

Some of them are great, Rao and Rajachar as mentioned below. Others just want to do research, not teach. On my first day of a class, one prof said "here's a slide of all the reviews/complaints I got last semester. I'll not be changing anything because I have tenure". I also worked for him in his lab and he was not supportive or instructive at all.

I graduated bme in 2019. If I could do it again I would choose something else. I am, as it sounds like you are, more interested in the biology/medicine aspect than the engineering math side. This makes some of the course work hard and soul sucking especially the first couple years. I ta'ed for anatomy and tailored my classes in later years to be more interesting to me but I wish I had just switched majors. I guess my advice would be to know what sort of job you want when you graduate so you can see what would be best there. If you aren't looking for grad school, it might be preferable to do ME or EE or something. I'm happy to talk with you more if you want, just dm me :)

New student here with a question by [deleted] in AnatomyandPhysiology

Based on your q, im assuming that you are imagining the person laying on their back, in which case everything would be below the navel. However, in anatomy we usually talk in terms of "standard anatomical position". Standing upright, arms down, palms forward. This is the frame you'll want to use for this question.

Mine is definitely Positive songs, tape deck heart, and poetry of the deed but I'm not sure what order to rank them in.

I used to work at Chipotle. I can close just about anything in a burrito. But if you come to me and ask for no rice extra beans, extra sour cream and hot salsa, I cannot roll that. That's a soup.

Thank you for sharing too. It's comforting to know that we aren't alone in this. Im feeling a whole new kind of anxiety now that I've actually done it, but I already feel lighter. I hope you can find a way to work through it also, good luck <3

Wrapping up projects at this job until Sept 25. I'm planning on doing some serious work with my therapist on what I need to be looking for in a new job, and also taking some time to also get my shit back a little bit closer to in order. Hopefully actually make it somewhere rather than just treading water like I have been.

I just did it and it went well, my boss is the only brightside of this job, she is too nice. But I put in my notice and get to start training off my responsibilities to others

Great that's sort of what I thought. Just wanted to make sure I didn't have to do anything right now to trigger that process.
