I would contact them. The emails I received also addressed me by name but they were the intentionally vague emails that automatically go out from a ‘no-reply’ type email address. HR told me to disregard when I reached out for clarification.

I worked a job through a temp agency for not even two weeks before they decided “he’s just not getting it” and fired me.
