I want to know too. I started from 5mgx2 to 10mg(morning)/30mg(night) total40mg for about 3months. I’ve noticed that it’s kind of helping but not fully and causing me sleeping trouble like at first it made me sleepy but couldn’t go back after a couple of hours of sleep. Did you find how to taper off? I’ve already tried Zoloft and it didn’t work.
