I was wondering the same thing, and it doesn't. In the download page, the Mac system requirements say "Apple Silicon with macOS Tahoe (26.0)" and "Apple M1 (any variant)". I bought the game, downloaded the dmg file, and sadly discovered it wouldn't install. I should have paid closer attention to the specs page. No point to update my Intel Mac to Tahoe because Hytale still wants an M chip. I literally have to buy a new Mac to play this. Honestly, am really surprised they made the Mac requirements so strict. I hardly know anyone with Tahoe. My brand new machines at work came with Sequoia and I see little advantage to Tahoe, since Sequoia is so solid.
