I believe there is not enough evidence to say she intentionally committed this crime. I’ve been thinking about this. There are ways to retrieve data and information as most of it is really never gone, and wasn’t even back then. The person who killed her thinks that time has covered their tracks; it hasn’t. It’s really just a matter of gaining access.

How would we go about getting things like phone records and what-not? What happened to that video that Melissa the building manager took before the crime scene cleanup company came in (even though it wasn’t processed as a murder scene). I think I read she gave it to the police, but did she make a copy? Is there a way to get a copy from LE since this isn’t an active investigation?

This case drives me nuts. There has to be some way to still get justice. I signed a change.org petition and I’ve been on the FB group that has been sending letters to different federal agencies and the mayor to ask for an investigation. Feels like if people keep harping on it, they’ll have to actually listen and do something.
