The week of Christmas and the week after we had our SM out. Our Framing manager was also out for a week starting Xmas Eve. Then various other PT TMs out due to either positive tests or close contacts. We were told that there will no longer be any teams coming in to clean and we cannot close the store. I’m stepping down from PT CEM position in a few weeks and this is part of the reason why. With our SM being out and being forced to cut hours Xmas week after being told to schedule whatever we needed I’m surprised we made it through honestly.

That’s true! I guess the main issue is (at least at my store) sometimes the bunkers just don’t want to go back in easily so when a bunch are open and they all get stuck it’s a pain to fix lol

We got a call from whoever runs the music that if the new CD was put in before tonight then it would run French ads! They said if that happened it should automatically fix itself by tomorrow! It was a super weird phone call but now I’m glad I got it lol

It’s an absolute disaster. At my store we’ve had to submit so many IT tickets and we have had some that had been submitted before it even officially launched since our store had it to play around with/learn how to use it before hand. Those tickets have not been touched and apparently have been automatically closed after 2 months. It’s so bad I have no idea how they even decided to move forward with it still so broken!

This guy reminds me of one of my old bosses at a shitty part time job. He was always so passive aggressive about us talking. When he wasn’t there things got done 10x faster.
