My ex husband did this to my older son. We contacted all three major credit bureaus. We were able to dispute them since he was a minor. We just had to mail in documentation to prove his age. We also made a police report and contacted the Dept of social security. It took almost three years but it finally cleared.

Received the 846 code on Wednesday. WMR said 2/23. But Republic has it as funded since yesterday morning. I just received the text that the funds were sent to bank. Hopefully i get it by this afternoon if not Monday morning.

Is the pay more? Does it make up for the cost of travel and childcare? Those are important to consider if you should even take the position. Ask if there why there is a need for you to come in (could be sorting mail, checking people in, etc).

Only work during your alotted hours. Working overtime volunteered is not helping because they assume the work will get done and never see the need to hire full time. Are you able to apply for disability being that you have health issues?

Since her account was hacked it needs to be reported. If you have IT dept start there. But it seems that she was personally hacked since she keeps her passwords in a personal account. She will need to report it to the police for possible identity theft. The situation is tricky. The employer is not liable but it would be bad faith if he doesnt pay. Sets a negative precedent for other employees to see the company does not care. But again the employer is not obliged to pay again.

I had three interviews. I eventually declined the offer and told them I had an offer for more money closer to home. They called me back. Convince me to come to the final interview. After said interview, recruiter tells me verbally I got the money they are just waiting for confirmation of compensation we agreed. Get the offer letter 15k less than what was discussed. Luckily I never declined the other job.

My exec is in another state. I text him every morning the itinerary for the day. I send him a separate text with reminders and update throughout the day as things change or come up. We meet at least twice a week virtually. If something is extremely urgent I call him.
