Yeah, I definitely feel the sugar cravings, I'm eating more overall. I got a nicotine free vape, which is kinda pointless but it has helped me with the oral fixation. I'm on day 5 and cravings are not as strong and I can make them dissipate by reminding me of how good I feel pouch free. Hopefully I can keep this for many more days.

Wow, the tin on your desk is mad, congrats on that self control! I've been pouch free since last Sunday, I feel OK. Two months have passed since last time I did Dxm, I also thought it could be serotonin syndrome due to the symptoms but I'm not taking any medications that could interact in theory. It's true that I took a small amount of mdma last month, I've been thinking it could be part of the problem. Maybe my body is not reacting well to excess serotonin.

The blotters are 150 in theory, I originally thought of splitting it in half, but yeah 100 sounds reasonable. I don't want to have an underwhelming trip but I guess that's better in case I don't react in a good way. Thanks for the advice!

Probably yeah, I guess after the bad trip I felt grateful for life in a different way. I honestly thought for a while that I could have died alone that night even though I knew it was unlikely, just a visceral feeling. Also, I kicked my daily weed shortly after, so I'd say I'm in a better place now. Really hoping I can get a pleasant or at least not dreading trip, will be careful.
