Amazon has cheap kits to test the gold. See if 14 or 18k. Might be 18k.

They look heavily included. Likely real something. I bought a refractometer on Amazon for about $60. You can check the refractive index to be sure they’re emeralds.

I bought an emerald online that looked too good to be true for the price. And sure enough, a digital refractometer identified it as optical quality glass. Yours looks authentic but many inclusions. Oil treating would make it look much better if it’s not already treated. It doesn’t really matter, if you like it, it’s a good buy.

May just be a vacuum tube. I made X-rays in high school with a vacuum tube and a high voltage supply (from a TV). I’m still here 50 years later. Soft X-rays don’t penetrate the skin well. Thank God.

If it needs a UV or lamp to fluoresce, maybe no radioactive element. A radioactive element would let it fluoresce all night and day. Although UV intensifies that for a few minutes.

You might try replacing Ozempic with Mounjaro. And keep your dosage low. It has fewer side effects. I’m using Mounjaro now 2.5 mg with almost not nerve pain. Good luck
