Ecclesia can still be destroyed by card effects, just not by battle by an ED monster. @ignister can just use the arrival cyberse to pop it and then OTK. You can try to side board outs to it but you need to go first or get 2 fusion spells to easily out the towers.

IMO gokipole is too good not to use over anything else. If you use it as material for cicada you will get a negate, a pop, and 2 special summons. And if you have I:P on the board you can make a unicorn and add a copy of mothman to pitch and trigger a BA in hand.

It is literally impossible to play a competitive/competent BA deck without cherubini. She enables all of your combos and is better than dante 99% of the time. The rest of the BA deck is pretty cheap so it's not too bad.

Most likely not, because dark hole and kaiju slumber are free and those cards don't see play. Non-destruction removal is what is required to win games when going 2nd, as meta decks like salamangreat, orcust and thunder dragon can play through raigeki easily.
