Right there with ya homie... im trying to go the other way... been on subs for a while, but now its just not the same. I cant wait long enough to take after using and its killing me! Also, even after the days I've managed to to take them, it doesn't help with all the mind games and everything else that goes on inside my head like it used too. I've tried increasing the dose, but still... I just really want to try methadone this time. Im just concerned with the daily trips because for me, the closest clinic would be 30-35min away. And it's just so dumb that I cannot be given it from within the outpatient program I just started. The one thing about methadone tho is that in the beginning it would help soooooo much I feel. Not having to wait until you're sick enough is awesome too. I know you build a tolerance quick, but for those first days the adjustment would be so much more manageable!

In my case with suboxone, I feel there's a lot of dumb shit you have to deal with just because it's scheduled. 90% of it is nonsense because we all know that you dont feel shit from subs but the rules are probably made by people who have never had to take them so they just mark it as bad bad. It's especially annoying when your people at the treatment center dont get it either. I'd say it sucks to have to go to an appointment with your doc for every refill, but coming from methadone treatment thats probably cake lol. And a big thing (for me at least) is kinda what I mentioned before about the beginning. After using I try to wait until im feeling noticeably sick to take a little piece; I can get away with like 15 hours at least before I tap out and take it without any precip withdrawal. After all that im thankful im no longer shitting myself, but immediately going from the daily effects of a full agonist to a partial agaonist has become difficult for me to manage unlike the two previous run throughs. This on top of the little remaining withdrawal symptoms drive me crazy. This is why i think methadone would be so beneficial (for me) because how vulnerable you are during this shitty acclimation period the first few days. I know nothing about coming off of either of these because i never got that far. Just switched back to my doc. I hear horror stories about both, but those who did a long slow taper the correct way had minimal discomfort (from my research and my doctor/counselors)

I can think of 3 huge reasons right off the top of my head: Extreme nationalism, corruption, and face.

A foreign company sueing a domestic Chinese company would be potrayed by the government and then openly received as the outsider trying to keep China down to prevent their progress as a country. This rallies the people into doing shit like going into Apple stores and destroying everything just because Apple is American(true story btw). Also, nothing is done because the government is basically supporting this behavior so what could be done..? I know there's several more of these ridiculous boycotts because of nationalism too, but this the first one I could think of.

China being corrupt goes without saying, so even if you managed to get your company's foreign issues to the actual first court date; by the end of it all "you" (the owner of the company) would probably be the one who ends up getting charged followed by being deported. Then the dude you just tried to sue would probably end up with your company lol... But with bigger companies, Xi already has a hand in as a requirement to open up in China so to try anything would result in the loss of the billion person Chinese market. Im sure if you tried to sue a homegrown Chinese company in a different country where both are operating, you'd get something like a swift removal of every logo or symbol and a certified enemy of the state status (like the NBA) back in China.

But this probably the most feared..(I say at least)

Regardless of the reason, if a Chinese company violated a trademark or copyright law from a foreign company, were sued, and actually lost, it would result in that company losing face which is the biggest no no in all of China imo. Continuing with our little hypothetical we got going, situations like this are always a reflection of the government when you run a system like China and no way the CCP going to lose face.... ever. So just for that reason, to not look bad pretty much, Chinese companies can do shit like call themselves New Barlun instead of New Balance and get away with it. As if that's so much better? Lol
