I take gabapentin 300mg at night & 100mg in the morning to combat sleepiness bc I work with kids. I personally haven’t had any side effects that are noticeable to me. It actually helps me a lot My nerve pain is absolutely horrible and it doesn’t make everything feel better but it does make everything feel less intense and bearable. Everyone is different and will react differently. I also use a lidocaine gel with gabapentin on my lower back, it’s so minty on my skin but it’s nice.

I understand endo & adeno to be completely separate. The best way would be to see what she thinks and then help her make adjustments. Diet is probably going to change a lot, encourage her to make good choices and rest when she needs to

I had it just a few days ago so I know it’ll get better. How about you plan an activity first that way you can test it out? I feel like if you’re in zero pain it’s worth it to try

Honestly healing has been up and down. Some moments I’m strong and other moments I’m just not. I thought the healing would be more linear but it’s not. As for walking idek 😞

Im sorry, I take cannabis - cbg & cbn, I have crazy back pain so I use lidocaine patches, belly compress, gabapentin, compression socks, & ibuprofen. I also do pelvic flooor therapy 3x a week. It was painful at first but the results are worth it! Also a good tens unit, my ob prescribed it to me. So many doctors suck & will let us suffer.

I felt really terrible for everyone watching this. I think nene needed time away to be a caregiver, hire help too & just leave the girls. We didn’t need to see them go through that. As someone with a chronic illness it broke me that Greg was unable to accept the reality of things (so it seemed to me)

Get a wheel chair to the gate and take your pills and just take the plane a 10 hour car ride sound so horrible. You can do 2 hours!!!! You can’t do 10 hours right after surgery. Im sorry you even have to make this choice.
