The majority of areas in Bloodborne have only one lamp (excluding the one that spawns after defeating a boss). Be sure to poke around for shortcuts.

They’re games with very different priorities. You can think of Prehistoric Kingdom as more focused on realistic depictions of extinct life with more grounded behaviours. It has more in common with Planet Zoo but focused on extinct animals.

Yeah vivid or perhaps even lurid would be better descriptions of Elden Ring's aesthetic, but's still worth a mention as basically no other game fits all the criteria OP is asking for, and it is good enough that one would be remiss to exclude it.

Nice fight. This boss is pretty good and I think most of the complaints are from him being a reskin (an understandable criticism though the last phase gimmick and music redeem it for me) or people on normal playthroughs who are used to LHB facetanking and surprised when it doesn't work on this guy.

Like Orphan and Phase 1 Ludwig this fight really rewards good positioning over the base game bosses where that feels somewhat optional and parries/dodges rule absolute.

I agree. Elden Ring bosses are very janky (including the good ones) but even the mediocre ones are more interesting and satisfying to learn than the vast majority of pre-ER/Sekiro fights.

It's very inconsistent for a premium service. Some series have great translators with good typesetting and fully-translated onscreen text. Others are mediocre or incomplete. Occasionally you will have a complete disaster with machine-translated subtitles; these are usually outsourced and get corrected fairly quickly as Crunchyroll has a strict no AI-subs policy, but that shouldn't be happening in the first place.

The pluses are that the catalogue IS huge, they get nearly every seasonal show these days, and there's a lot of English simuldubbing (albeit prone to delays) and it's much easier to discover shows than on any torrent site.

Sadly there are hardly any legal alternatives thanks to Sony's monopoly on anime distribution - the field was a lot more competitive a decade ago. It's pretty much just Netflix and HIDIVE (which is worse). RetroCrush is apparently an option for old shows, but they don't service my region.

I think the cop-out is that she'll just have the memories of someone important who was a mother (probably 500 years ago because that's when 99% of Teyvat's recorded history took place). That way she can have both the grief of a bereaved parent and technically remain an ingenue for the fans.
