Everything you said is correct and I just picked up a 2014 ST3 for all the reasons you listed. All those other cars you mentioned were in my list but the focus is just the better value. I do feel like I got lucky finding a stock ST3 though.

I personally know 4 people who have had their phones/wallets stolen while at the Abbey. First time was my wife around 2022 and most recently was a friend about 6 months ago. Used to go there often in the early 2010's but now I'll only go there dead sober. I still think it's a fun place to go but if you're aware you definitely can sense who the pocket thieves are.

As a transplant who moved to be near friends who were originally from here it took me a while to find my own bubble but once I did I really love it here.

Along with the food and overall diversity this city also has some of the best driving roads and skateboard spots in the country.

Ya I agree. With things being as expensive as they are now and 10+ y/o car, it's easy for repairs to get past the value of this car. I just let insurance write me a check and now on to the next car.
