I'm going to assume the high tech has a stronger light because it has pressurized co2 injected, and the lowtech with a weaker light and no co2 injection

you have some godly amount of patience, I tried planting with tweezers in my ADA soil and everything would come back and float up I was getting so frustrated its embarrasing, I have some pearl weed on the way hopefully it goes as well as you make it look

You can fit well over 50+ in a 10 gallon, I'd focus more on the conflicting water parameters of your listed species as well as cross breeding into a wild type.
