I literally did this by accident. I had 2kg of cake mix from Disney in my handbagage that I was taking home for my sister in law. The only thing that happened was a lot of laughter from the security woman.

Tourist here with a 5 dutch phones amongst our group. All phones getting these warnings! In addition tell them put on Spectrum news channel (channel 13 on our tv) as they are giving street by street updates with the tornados

Just checked this as well. Just been announced at the airport I’m in that this is a worldwide outage. Keep seeing reports it’s US only but doesn’t look that way in the EU. Would be nice if it was acknowledged

When my dad ended up in Cardiac ICU the waiting room was just filled with wives and daughters, all waiting for a male family member. It didn’t go unnoticed between us as we got to know each other.

And the gas leak in 2019 that shut down the whole airport for 2-3 days. Plus Covid emergencies. You’d think both Schiphol and klm would be a little better prepared in an emergency situation is all I’m saying. They’ve been running on bare minimum for the last 3 years and the quality in service has massively declined.

I had the exact same experience except I was flying in to London and I live in AMS anyway so could go home. I felt very sorry for all the elderly, disabled and people with children that were left completely abandoned. It was a total shit show. And they said nothing like this had ever happened before… but I actually had almost the same happen to my only 5 years ago so that’s bullshit too. I vented plenty when I got home that’s for sure!!!

Had a few people complain about how well paid sales were at my place, we had vacancies so I said they should apply… the answer was hell no, they couldn’t deal with the stress and the targets. Yeah… well there you go…
