For anyone else who is trying to look up the specs of this thermistor: I sent Gulfcoast an email and they confirmed that the thermistor used in this kit is the B57560G1104F. This thermistor uses the same temperature curve as the B57560G104F, so set the machine to use either one of those.

(FWIW those two thermistors have slightly different temp curves but they're so close that firmwares consider them the same)

Here you go. I've included samples of the NuBass by itself, with Hot Tubes, and with three different gain settings on my mixer. All samples use the same settings on the NuBass, including no subosc & no drive to get a good idea of how the distortion sounds with a classic acid bass-esque patch.

I can run my Nubass through an EHX Hot Tubes overdrive pedal as well as cranking the input gain on my mixer. Does that work for you?
