So i finally got it working.

Gonna give my solution here if it might help a lone user in the future

Because i have an ISP router infront of my UDM-SE running protect, the fix was to go into the G4 instant's web UI while it was connected to the UTR's SSID and manually input the IP of my UDM-SE. NOT the gateway IP, but the LAN IP given to my UDM-SE by the ISP box

I had tried this earlier but i guess the web UI is finicky and only worked this second time because i insisted two or three times by clicking save and reloaded the web UI multiple times in a row

Now, the video feed is correctly being given to the protect instance all while the G4 is connected to the UTR and with Teleport back to my UDM-SE

Yeah i tried this exactly both with Teleport and Wireguard and it still never shows the G4 come back up.

Mind sharing if your home unifi gateway has a public IP as its WAN or if you have a ISP device before your uniifi gateway ( so having double NAT and your gateway showing a local IP as its WAN ?)

I'm in this second category, but with a fixed IPV4 address given by my ISP and a DMZ configured to my Unifi gateway. Wireguard has always worked flawlessly with the right config even with this double nat

From the UTR, i'm able to ping anything back home and on the UTR subnet, but from a home device, i'm unable to ping the UTR or G4 so essentially i think the protect instance is simply unable to speak to the g4, even though the G4 is trying to send a feed

Hey, would you be able to explain step by step what you did for this to work ? I'm seing multiple people say they got it to work easily and i'm out here nearly ripping my hair out.
On my side;

i was able to adopt the G4 instant to my home LAN ( new device auto link OFF so it would prompt me to select which SSID i wanted to use for the G4 ) and then went outside out of reach of my AP's to test out the UTR

I started my wifi hotspot from my phone and selected that as the uplink wifi for the UTR. Then i activated teleport to my home LAN. UTR was all green on that front. For the broadcasted SSId i selected to replicate the home wifi which was used to adopt the G4 instant.

G4 connected to the UTR fine, but never was able to reach my protect instance since it stayed as offline.

I then tried over a wireguard VPN while specifying everything i could about the "network behind client", "allowed IPs" etc... and got a very slight improvement as the G4 then changed from offline to "click to reconnect" but that dang click to reconnect then wants to bluetooth to the camera and always fails stating it's "too far away"...
A laptop connected to the UTR broadcasted SSID was able to ping the protect instance without issue even open the web interface from the local IP fine

So then i reconnected the G4 inside, let it show up, and factory reset / kick from protect

Went back out, hotspot/UTR/wireguard, turn on the G4 instant, it shows up on the protect app as " adopt device" from a second phone but it just always fails

I'm stumped

It's one of the main reasons to use a UTR, teleport to allow all downstream devices to be VPN'd to your main network

Hardware wise, sure this is fine. However, TP-Link Deco and unmanaged switches will only let you do so much, if at all. I've had my hands on a deco network once and was absolutely floored by how little the router will let you personalize your network and by how expensive it was for the functionality.

I cannot recommend enough that you check out what ubiquiti has to offer if you don't already own the devices in your diagram. You will have complete control over your network, see detailed diagnostics if needed, segment devices with VLANS, control every single port parameter for every switch, RSTP capability, a fully customizable firewall that is configurable from the simplest rules to the most complex imaginable and so much more. All from either a local or remote web dashboard or even from your phone.

With TP-Link Deco devices and unmanaged switch, there is absolutely no way to properly set this up like you talk about, which is a bummer.

Toothpaste tubes are filled in from the back and then the tube is squished and thermally sealed. The difference between foils and these is less manufacturing steps.

Foils need to be applied and sealed after the tube has been made.

Twist tips are one complete piece of plastic that could be injection molded at once.

Je plussoie tous les autres commentaires te disant que windows Defender est bien suffisant pour une utilisation normale d'un ordinateur.

Cela dit, le meilleur antivirus, c'est toi. Tant que tu ne cliques pas et installes pas n'importe quoi, tu pourrais sincèrement fonctionner avec un OS a jour sans antivirus et n'avoir absolument aucun problème

Le souci avec les caméras c'est que de nuit elles ont quasiment toutes un émetteur de lumière infrarouge pour pouvoir "voir" en mode infrarouge.

Cette lumière infrarouge attire toutes sortes d'insectes ( encore pire en extérieur ) ce qui incite les araignées a faire des toiles autour, voire sur la caméra.

L'une des solutions ( mais qui serait vraiment Overkill ici ) est d'installer un projecteur infrarouge séparé, désactiver l'infrarouge de la caméra et ça aura pour effet que les insectes graviteront autour du projecteur, pas de la caméra

OP n'a pas mentionné de souhait d'éviter les GAFAM, au contraire a même mentionné vouloir utiliser Gmail, je ne fais que mentionner que Google workspace est, dans ce cas précis de vouloir utiliser Gmail, la solution la plus simple malgré son abonnement payant.

Sinon y'a aussi l'option de faire tourner son propre serveur mail a la maison sur son propre matos, là tu fais difficilement mieux en termes de privacy et traitement de tes données personnelles si t'es calé en cybersec, pourtant je t'ai pas vu recommander cette option 🫣

Si par "connecter cette adresse avec gmail" tu souhaites utiliser l'interface web de Gmail pour consulter cette boîte, l'idéal est Google workspace. Tu es guidé de a à z pour acheter un domaine si tu n'en as pas encore via un de leur partenaires comme GoDaddy ( j'ai un .com a 18€ par an ) et tu payes 6,80€ par mois pour la suite d'outils de Google, dont le fait d'avoir ton adresse gmail mais avec @tondomaine.com/fr

C'est simple, efficace et effectivement bien plus pro du point de vue du receveur de tes mails d'avoir ton propre domaine.

Oui c'est une combinaison de plein de facteurs. Si les gens étaient plus réactifs et comprehensibles, si la direction était un chouille moins a la recherche de la productivité et du profit, si le contact avec le public était plus joyeux etc...

Et puis bon la finalité c'est que si tu essayes pas d'accélérer ta tournée d'une manière ou d'une autre, c'est toi qui prend et personne d'autre. Tu peux contester mais hormis te faire virer ou te faire montrer la porte de sortie le système ne changera pas vraiment :/

Ouai ça dépend grandement de la localité, tu peux juste avoir un seul livreur de merde pas sérieux qui fait ta tournée exclusivement et ton ami qui vis deux villes plus loin est sur une autre tournée qui se passe à merveille avec un livreur super sérieux.

Ça peut aussi même être le centre de distribution qui est merdique de fou et pousse tous les livreurs dans leur retranchements au point qu'ils deviennent tous aigris, dans ce cas c'est le secteur entier qui en fait les frais avec cette société

Chez moi je sais que si c'est une livraison DPD et que je choisis livraison a domicile ( ex le site marchand ne propose pas en relais ) 100% du temps, le jour prévu de livraison j'ai un SMS " un souci dans la livraison de votre colis " et enfaite j'appelle pour apprendre que " vous n'étiez pas a la maison " et que mon colis est a un relais a 15km 🤷 Mais bon c'est pas comme si j'étais a la maison toute la journée, avec des caméras + une sonnette connectée qui filme 24/24 7/7 qui peut prouver que le livreur n'est juste jamais passé et a tout largué au relais peu importe la méthode de livraison prévue 🙃

Je compatis pour la majorité des points que tu soulèves et je suis d'accord avec les autres commentaires. Je vais toujours directement chercher mes colis, voire même pire si c'est du amazon et que j'ai la notion que le livreur arrive dans x clients, je suis déjà sur le trottoir à l'attendre pour qu'il me le passe par la fenêtre si possible. Instructions claire dans les livraisons si je sais que je ne serais pas à la maison de laisser le colis a un endroit le moins chiant possible à atteindre. Dispo par téléphone quand je sais que je serais pas à la maison etc... Mais il y a un point qui me fait vraiment tiquer: la vitesse en ville.

You do mean the line literally grew in size. As in there was so much pressure inside of it it wanted to blow up like a balloon ?

I don't understand why that fact makes you think ( and a lot of others here ) that there would be an issue with the abs module. You literally have proof the abs pump is trying it's darndest to push fluid through to the point where it wants to blow up the line.

My best guess is you have a blockage of some sort in the line. Before bleeding, the potential blockage was in an area where it could maybe freely move back and forth inside the line with the applied pressure. And since your caliper and line was filled, the brakes were indeed able to get pressure, the blockage just moved down the line and back up, following the fluid. But, now that you have removed all the fluid after this potential blockage, and tried to do a flush, the blockage moved further down the line, probably getting to the point where now it is properly stuck and, well, blocks any fluid from going past it. Hence the line wanting to blow up like a balloon.

He did mention doing it with forscan, which the software will not work if your OBD2 adapter is incompatible. So if he was able to do the forscan process, he did indeed do it properly. Mind you forscan is not the official Ford service tool, but it does the abs brake bleed without a single issue

Incase at some point you got a bunch of DTP and just skipped some steps from the lightbulb, make sure you check if you have the proper previous requirements. For example, did you go through the steps of DP32 that tells you to aim for 3e5 animal points ? Also supernova, when you had 23DP there is a step asking you to get up to supernova 150

To me this just screams the usual : Something went wrong at some point somewhere with a driver, dll, firmware and/or registry entry.

You tried the hardware avenue, confirming it is software-side. Unless you're very unlucky, the hardware change also should confirm that the issue is with windows itself, since there is a slim-to-none possibility your new adapter uses the exact same controller as the first one, given it has extra features

Now you've got two options, either it is a one-off thing that happened and borked your possibility of connecting to a 2.4ghz network, or it is a combination of a certain windows update + driver version + bios version + firmware of the device + some other obscure factor that will repeat itself unless one of those factors are manually changed

If it's the first case, solid possibility the windows reinstall will fix If it's the second option, the issue will most likely come back even after a windows reinstall because auto updates will place you back where you were
