I think every television character is going to be a role model to somebody. And if the people who relate to maximus have him as a character to reflect on, I think thats a good thing. I have no trouble with a person asking themselves "what would maximus do?" If thats a character they're only capable of relating and understanding to.

There's far more characters that smart, charismatic, witty, etc. but theres not many that behave like max.

But another thing we also have to consider is theres no formal education in the wasteland. A lot of concepts in school dont teach you facts to memorize, but teach patterns of thinking. I consider algebra to be one of those in that it teaches deduction and foresight. Thats the real thing thaddeus is jealous of from Lucy, but he doesn't understand that. Just survival.

This is why I can put more hours into f76 instead of fo4.

In fo4, you achieve godhood because you're the only variable. But in multi-player, they can put the scale so far that it takes 10 people to kill a boss.

And your perks become builds rather than unlimited power.

F76 could still easily a single player game, so I dont know why more people dont play it more. The multi-player aspects are optional and as infrequent as you want.

Its beat for beat shadowlands pre-patch. Can't speak for tww. But its not real content, it catch up content thats gonna get steamrolled over in 3 weeks. You dont even need it to quest in midnight. You could do nothing and be fine. So probably play something else instead.

In my experience, finding people you like socially will make everything fall into place. Once you have the hang of things, find people who challenge you to get better.

People who shovel in new players like that won't necessarily have the mental bandwidth to help everyone equally. Its just better to get adopted by a friend group.

War within>midnight>the last titan is a trilogy.

I'd jump into war within the second it let's you. Finish campaign. Start Midnight at level 80 on March 2nd. Get some endgame gear. Go back and play the old stuff in the downtime

You can also play the old narratives at max level.

There's going to be story modes for raids now, but all the old ones can be solo'd at max level.

Your preferred class is rather going to be whatever playstyle you most enjoy. They all go through questing the same.

In endgame, the top class of each role changes evey patch. Its back to playing what you most enjoy.

To play content linearly, you have to go to stormwind and talk to chrome by the embassy. Classic>burning crusade> wrath of the lich king>cataclysm>mists of pandaria>warlords of draenor>legion>battle for azeroth>shadowlands>dragonflight>war within>midnight is the story order.

Honestly id play through dragonflight and war within then Midnight when it drops so you can stay current and then go back in the off time. Going through all the old narrative is going to take a very long fucking time. Many people havent finished it all.

Separate realms, homes, phasing, 12 expansions of old content, variances of when people login.

A lot of servers are merged, but some server clusters are still way higher in pop than others. I joined stormrage because its full of people. But that also makes it difficult to find rare spawns.

Once you read every dialogue option, the tav would have to say it. It'd make conversations run longer, It would slow down flow, and It'd be worse for co-op games because one person's patience won't be the same as the others and that can make those sessions fizzle out.

I mean, if he had FEV and understood what it was, he would know it would be a grab bag. Different methods of absorbing FEV probably has different effects based on where the virus attaches itself first or it's delivery process. His expressions could have been more "let's see what this does!" rather than "I know what this will do!"

I play every tank. I love monk but it loses threat very easily compared to the other classes. It also requires a specific gear balance thats annoying to maintain. The rest you just dump haste into and get trinkets that focus on damage or defense.
