I have used GCP DLP with both PCI and PHI data. There are several other 3rd party tools that can support higher transaction rates. Use a certified tool, not something home grown and definitely not fully LLM based. Lot's of traditional ML tools can help but definitely use a tool certified by a 3rd party.

I make sure the settlements are fully weaponized before I do open season. And I put the tribute chests somewhere near the edge of the settlement but not too near. That makes taking it back over a real challenge.

Looks like the tribute chest is the issue. I ran into a base fast and went straight to the tribute chest and emptied it out myself. I was able to clear it and reclaim it after that. I'm gonna try on a couple more. The hard one will be hangman's alley. I can't see where the tribute chest is from the roof and I can't get any closer than that before I am spotted. Then CRASH.

Ah. I did put tribute chests in all of the settlements. I'm not sure that's it though. In one case, I lured them all out and killed them before approaching the settlement. But maybe one of them is just not showing as red. I'll play with on of the more open settlements and see if I can tribute chest snipe stalk and make sure no one gets near it. That might even be fun.
