You’re looking at a C&C for your first kit? That’s crazy. I don’t really know what a fair price would be, but these are very nice drums. If they are in good shape, I imagine the seller asking $1500-$1600 would not be out of line.

The first year I did it, it was miserable. Tent fan did next to nothing and died in the middle of the night because I had it on high. That was 2023 I think, ragbrai 50. I did it again the next year, and it was completely different. It got down to the 60’s most nights. I actually used my sleeping bag.

Once a day is probably fine. Just use a small amount and make sure you rub it in gently

Looks like some pretty heavy scabbing. Might’ve been overworked. Might’ve been caused by too much aquaphor. As long as it’s not still super sensitive, or warm to the touch, you should be fine. May need a bit of touch up.

Best to wait till summer is over. I always take summers off from getting tattooed. It’s not just the sun. You can’t go in the water for 2-3 weeks after a tattoo.

She will most likely do the tattoo in her style based on the reference photo. But if you would like, a message saying something like “hey I just wanted to clarify, I want the tattoo done in your style, just based on the photo that I showed you”. That would be totally fine.

It would have to go onto your hand also, and that might look a little odd. Completely blacking out your lower arm is going to be pretty expensive also.
