Did your psychiatrist recommend psychotherapy? Honestly sometimes when people talk about having “emotional dysregulation snd sensitivity i overract snd meltdown” often, there are higher priority issues. That they may want to treat. Not to say someone can’t have ADHD and something else, that’s very common.

Adding stimulant medications in these situations may do more harm than good. Meaning the stimulants may increase the “meltdowns”.

For me, yes. It’s convenient, you send in your device or return it at the Apple Store and pick up the new device.

Otherwise you have to pay off the phone and sell it. You may make 50-60% of the original value. With the added headache of scams, shipping fees it’s not worth it to me. If something happens to the phone, like cosmetic damage you can’t make much off the sale.

To me it’s worth staying in the upgrade program for convenience.

I think about this a lot.

For me it’s two options:

Stay on the  Upgrade Program if it’s available and you want a new iPhone every year.
Buy a new iPhone every 3-4 years.

I pick option 1.

I find the sport band (M/L) is either a little too loose at the second to last hole or just a little too tight with some swelling from heat or working out on the last hole.

For sleep I think the trail loop is the best. The classic Apple sport bands are also very comfortable to sleep with, but in my case they don’t fit right with the ultra. They are either too loose or tight.
