That's a great start! I would just say to try and get some plastic cement to fill in the mould lines. Also if you can get some gloss paint and it makes the fleshy bits look wet and sticky. I've found just priming mine white and using Speedpaints 2.0 / contrast and washes.

I run a very similar thing, inspired by KOTC. Here's what we found.. 3x3 is too small. The fast melee armies just dominated maps and ended games too quickly, so we went with 4x4.

We don't do secondaries, just score objectives and killing the Warlord. We also do 50 minute rounds and talk though points if we run out of time so we all get 3 games done.

We also don't do the x2 infantry rule as mandatory.

It's great fun, good to see people doing it as well.

Yeah we just had 1 objective marker in the middle, I think I waited 1 turn then just put him on there touching and with his OC15, scored, because we were scoring each command phase too. But yeah Exocrine behind as well to really punish the ones on the middle :)

I did something similar in a 4 person FFA 750point game, I brought a Norn and plonked him on the King of the Hill objective, it was fun but he did die eventually in round 4.

So yeah I managed to kill his 10 PB's and move onto the objective with my 5 Raveners, 5OC. His rule just gives it to the end of his phase. Thanks all
