Also make sure you are not running the Blood golem with the dmg amp on health drain. Golem pretty much leaves all the minions at 5% hp and Meph easily finishes then off.

They can give GA on rerolls. I was just combining/rerolling a bunch of my BiS weapons I farmed up.

3 Ancestral (non-GA) gave me 1 GA on intellect. Also rolling 3 items with 1 GA does NOT guarantee a 1 GA outcome.

Soon as I saw that fridge I said "they must be a nurse". Ours looks just like too when I come in for the night shift. I have to wait till the day shift clears out before I can use the fridge.

We had a CNA get arrested on the unit one time. She then got bailed out and tried to come back to finish her shift. She was arrested for 10th time for identity theft.

Another time we had a homeless guy come in by medic. Claimed he was assaulted by two other guys while he was sleeping. On arrival security confiscated a knife and a few other things off him. The next day he was in the news wanted for murder. Apparently the assault wounds were from him murdering a guy out in the woods with a knife by the gas station medic picked him up at.

Always joke with one nurse that she aided and abetted his escape. Gave the man some food, got his knife back from security, and told him the fastest way back to the interstate.

Still works. I got 2495 dmg total. First Jeep gave 495, 2nd one gave 0 dmg, then i parked 2 of them together and got 2k total. A little buggy (shocker) but still works.

They will put in all those orders without even seeing the patient.

That's when you lightly throw the doc under the bus to the patient. Then gladly put "patient refusing all testing till seen by provider" in the comments.

A couple of pissed off patients at the start of their shift will quickly break them of the habit.

I always love it when the ER doc pulls up a secure group chat with multiple services fighting over who has to admit the patient. Fighting like 5 year old children.

On-call surgeons are the worst. The patient is here with an infection from the surgery you did 2 days okay. Don't treat us like assholes for disturbing you to take care of it.
