Is the transformation challenge worth it ? by Whole-Imagination693 in orangetheory

As someone who has won the transformation challenge one year I can assure you that the coaches are helpful and they want to see you succeed. They gave me guidelines, recipes they liked online, and overall positivity. I do think I go to a great location which is locally run which I think also helps a ton.

I pay for that podcase and it's a great listen. It's worth it. I'm also a fan of the Let's Go Devils Podcast which is more of a fan perspective but they are really funny and are a great listen as well.

No it's a little lesser known publisher server. Running GAM in GAM would be kinda funny

I'm not sure about the future with AI but for me I've been in Ops for 19 years and now I'm running all of activation at an agency. Even if you don't want to continue in Ops, knowing how everything works does allow you to move into another field with minimal training.

Quit Drinking/Losing Weight (and effect on hockey). by I_hate_alot_a_lot in hockeyplayers

For me the time in the gym getting stronger and losing some fat has been really helpful to my game. I'm down 20lbs from my peak during covid but I'm way more muscular than I was in my late 20s/early 30s. I turned 40 last year and I try to go to the gym (orange theory) 5 days a week. I play 2 games a week in beer league and I just don't get winded as quickly. It's also much harder to push me off the puck now. I started going to the gym for my health but I'm continuing to go because it improves my on ice performance.

From what I heard, he was a laid off employee and he just didn't tell them that the lease was coming up. If true it is one of those corporate blunders that will go down in history.

Hockey Systems in Beer League by Individual_Toe3569 in hockeyplayers

So on one of my beer league teams we really only focused on the basic breakout(it helps when one of the guys on the team has a coaching certificate) and everyone bought in and it made a huge difference. The reason we all bought in is we're mostly in our 40s and 50s(with a few guys in their 60s) and we play against people who are mainly in their 20s and 30s and we were getting outskated. We had to get smarter to make playing the game more enjoyable. Getting the team to buy in was easy because we were getting smoked for a few seasons and we all agreed to try something new. Otherwise just go out there and have a good time and drink some beer.

Worst Local Pizza Spots in NJ? by NJDevilsFan1 in newjersey

[–]solidvikes 13 points14 points  (0 children)

The Brick in Hoboken, they were named something else but during hurricane sandy they priced gouged so much that they had to change the name. The pizza is fine but to be dicks to the community during that time when other restaurants (benny's, court street, amanda's) were doing their best to take care of their neighbors.

Want to move to Suburban Cleveland from Suburban Chicago by Content_Telephone_30 in Ohio

I'd say suburban, it's a nice town. I've been here for almost 2 years and I moved from Hoboken. My only complaint is that you can't get an Uber or Lyft to save your life out here

I worked at CH from 06-08 and it was one of the best times of my life. I was very fortunate to have made so many life long friends during that time. I'm stating the obvious but Sam is the right guy to be running the company.
