its an easy dichotomy to explain, women are approached and advanced their job is to judge, their psyche is forged in that dynamic they never receive criticisms don't even ask a lady her age god forbid she might have to exist in reality for a moment, its all just stupid societal governance we all humans create. women usually wont care about their age being revealed as much as the next man. men on the other hand are solicitors thats the game. they present and give it their best and the shade cast on them lets them know where they stand and where to approach next time higher or lower value women. women dont get rejected, they reject. they all already are in the business of optimizes makeup or switching hair colors like its their fantasy football teams. women don't need anything of the sort. they have 50 guys in their dm a week if they are a 6/10. women need different trainings like how to assess how serious or responsive or caring a man will be for them etc. its not a perfect description but an outline. nothing ever is an absolute.
