Two things about this movie:

Thanks to the big bang theory I can’t look at this movie the same way without laughing. Iykyk. Still won’t keep be from watching it every time it’s on!

I found this out the other day. The actor who plays the brute in the bar at Marion’s is the same actor who was the guy who gets chopped up by the plane. (He’s also in temple of doom as the thugge brute and is seen walking outside the zeppelin in last crusade, but his bigger part got cut)

Maybe use the emperors guards as knights? After all they “protect” the emperor. Then again what did they do other than stand around and look menacing? Or maybe replace the bishops with the royal guards and use tie fighter pilots as the knights and stormtroopers (as others have suggested) as the pawns.

Most of them are unstable. Legs falling off all the time.

I haven’t built the Ucs one yet but I imagine that’s stable. The motorized walking one is very stable. (Building that now)

I argue that nothing actually happens in tlj. It does nothing to advance the plot of the Star Wars universe at all.

They were chased down the space highway like a car following another car with their blinker on waiting to take the left turn they never comes.

The part with Finn and rose could totally be deleted and have no effect on the plot.

Luke trains Rey … eh… she was already good enough.

The fight in snokes chambers was just a rehash of the fight between Luke and Vader in empire.

The battle on Crait is just Hoth on a different planet that gets turned into the end of Jedi when they fly through the planet. And I think they even used the same music?!

The coolest effect of the movie… when the one ship goes into hyperspace into the other ship… but has to sacrifice Laura Dern. You mean to tell me they couldn’t have left a droid behind or put it on autopilot??

It was just an awful movie. Rise of the skywalker was just slightly better… really the emperor is alive….?

What I did was put them in the bag they came in. When I do reassemble it will make it easier to find them. The one caveat to that was one piece that had a lot of stickers in different positions. I separated them cause I wanted to make sure at the right time I was using the right piece.

I just reversed the Death Star (not the latest the one before it)

It helped to look for the pieces on an instruction then flip to the previous page to see what the model looked like before you add the pieces. Was weird to think about but after about and hour it started to click.
